Overall

Over this summer, I worked with the Pulse protocol UX team to truly enhance the experience of Pulse’s internal users when undertaking UX/UI Design with the team. The goal for my project was to help doctor users get the most out of their performance using the quote page.

My contributions:

1. I redesigned the Pulse’s internal quote/payment page experience for the doctor user’s view, so that allows the doctor users and the caregroup users understands and performs the process more easily.

2. On a macro level, I was working on defining the painpoint of the current users, doing user survey, conducting usability testing, designing the low to hi-fidelity wireframe with clickable prototype.

3. Also, collaborated with a cross-functional team of the developers and marketers on product strategy.
